Katie Price denies she wants to adopt Argentine orphan

Last year it was no secret that Katie Price and husband Alex Reid were trying for a baby.

But Katie Price has denied that she will be adding to her brood any time soon slamming reports she is hoping to adopt an Argentine orphan.

The 32-year-old glamour model, jetted in to Buenos Aires yesterday with Leandro Penna, 25, by her side yesterday.

It has been claimed that Katie is hoping to adopt a child from Leandro's home country but a spokesperson for Price has told MailOnline the claims are not true.

A close friend told The People: ‘Katie saw at first hand the plight of some of the children over there and confided she would make enquiries about the country’s adoption laws.’

‘She is aware of all the legal issues – but what Katie wants she usually gets. And having money to get the best lawyers helps,’ the friend told the paper.

At present Argentina have no adoption agreement with the U.K.

Katie has recently denied claims that she is getting engaged and posted to her Twitter page: ‘People keep saying is it true I'm engaged! We are not engaged, we haven't spoke (sic) about getting engaged and I don't intend to get engaged.’

The model is mother to eight year old Harvey who suffers with health problems, following a fling with Manchester United star Dwight Yorke.

The reality TV star also has two children with her ex-husband Peter Andre, Junior, five and Princess, three.

Katie and Peter met on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and wed in 2005.

Just nine months after the mother-of-three split from Peter she married cage fighter Alex Reid and said she was hoping to have another child with the 35-year-old.

Katie failed to fall pregnant and she left Reid at the start of this year meeting Leandro just weeks after at Elton John’s Oscars party.

The Argentine TV host and glamour model have become inseparable and have been enjoying spending time together at her Surrey home as well as a series of passionate dates in and around London.
